These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw logo platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

• "Member" or "User" refers to any registered individual who uses the services of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Incorrect details for name, mobile number, email or date of birth may cause issues during the withdrawal process, and withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.

Members must follow the points below to ensure the security and proper management of their account.

3.1 Password Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Login details must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised use is suspected, notify mcw logo support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

mcw logo may request identity verification at any time before a withdrawal or for security purposes. A copy of a national ID card or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for an extended period (12 months or more). mcw logo will notify the member in advance about the administrative process applicable to inactive accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka), which is the same for all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

A successfully requested withdrawal is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe applies when account verification is complete and all conditions are met.

4.4 Source of Funds

The member confirms that the funds they are depositing come from a legitimate source and that no third-party funds are being used. mcw logo may request verification for suspicious transactions and take appropriate action if necessary.

mcw logo offers promotions for members from time to time. The following conditions apply to receiving and using bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be met — that is, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses may be active at the same time — however, the conditions for each must be fulfilled separately.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or another person's payment method may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

The mcw logo VIP Program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Levels are advanced based on active play, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each level.

Weekly cashback is given as a percentage of the total net losses for that week. Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Full details of VIP benefits are available on the relevant page.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Decisions on VIP level changes are made at mcw logo's own discretion, and the platform reserves the right not to disclose specific turnover thresholds.

mcw logo is committed to providing the highest standard of service, however the platform's liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, government directive or any other unavoidable cause.
• If loss occurs due to a fault with the member's own internet connection or device.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical issue with a third-party payment provider.
• If the member shares their own login details with another person and unauthorised access to the account results.

mcw logo may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Registering with false information or concealing identity.
• Using bots, scripts or any other unfair technology.
• Evidence that one individual is operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud.

Upon account closure, the member's real funds (not bonuses) may be returnable; however, in cases of Terms violations, mcw logo reserves the right to withhold funds.

Members may also request account closure at any time through support.

mcw logo may change any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken to mean the member has accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may request account closure.
